Statewide Comparison Report is now available!

The Center for Nonprofit Management has conducted salary surveys of Southern California nonprofit organizations annually since 1990. In 2004, we were pleased to bring our survey model and experience to Northern California, publishing our first-ever Compensation & Benefits Survey of Northern California Nonprofit Organizations.

While the results were published in two individual surveys, we were curious about what similarities and differences we might find in compensation and benefits practices between the two regions. This report presents a side-by-side comparison of the benefits provided by Northern and Southern California nonprofits.

Note: This report is based solely on the 540 responses we received to our 2004 Compensation & Benefits questionnaires.
