This year, the Center is once again pleased to offer two versions of our popular Compensation & Benefits Survey. Whether your organization is located in Northern or Southern California, our surveys provide comprehensive, easy-to-read data specific to your geographic region.
 
How can I order the 2007 Survey?

All orders will be processed in the order they are received. The full survey is only available in paper, and is shipped by UPS Ground.
Orders will be sent out as promptly as possible in the order received.

An individual job report is a PDF of the job title's page emailed to you. Available titles and prices are listed on Page 2 of the order form.
What type of information is included in the Survey?
We collected data on 170 job titles in 2006 and 175 titles in 2007.
Each job report contains detailed compensation information, broken down by a variety of factors, including budget size, geographic location, field of service, and number of employees managed.
In addition, the Survey contains summarized information about compensation practices, insurance and retirement benefits, and time-off practices.
What counties are included?
The Southern California Survey comprises the counties of Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, Imperial, Riverside, San Bernardino, Ventura, Santa Barbara, Kern and San Luis Obispo.
The Northern California Survey comprises the counties of Alameda, Alpine, Amador, Butte, Calaveras, Colusa, Contra Costa, Del Norte, El Dorado, Fresno, Glenn, Humboldt, Inyo, Lake, Lassen, Madera, Marin, Mariposa, Mendocino, Merced, Modoc, Mono, Monterey, Napa, Nevada, Placer, Plumas, Sacramento, San Benito, San Francisco, San Joaquin, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Shasta, Sierra, Siskiyou, Solano, Sonoma, Stanislaus, Sutter, Tehama, Trinity, Tulare, Tuolumne, Yolo, Yuba.

For 2007, 356 Southern & Central California and 368 Northern California organizations completed our Survey questionnaire.
