Retreat Design and Facilitation
Retreat design and facilitation is the planning and implementation of retreats, meetings, and other forums that are held for specific planning, problem solving, and/or decision-making purposes. The facilitator is usually a person who is acceptable to all members of the group, substantively neutral, and has no decision-making authority who intervenes to help a group improve the way it identifies and solves problems and makes decisions, in order to increase the group's effectiveness.

Outcomes Measurement
Outcomes Measurement is the process of identifying the benefits or changes for individuals and/or groups after they have received specific services or participated in targeted programs. It is a methodology utilized to gauge what the participant knows, thinks, believes, or can do; how they behave; or the state of their condition following an intervention.
