Consulting Fees

Our standard rate for consulting services is $150 per hour. However, if an organization is not receiving a grant to fund our services and their budget is under $3 million per year, discounted rates are available. To keep your costs low and predictable, we usually bill on a "lump sum" project basis rather than by the hour.

Standard Half Day and Full Day Board and Staff Training and Retreat Facilitation
In addition to our agency specific pricing, the fee for our standard full day training or retreat facilitation is $1500 and our half day session is $750. Fees for our customized training programs and retreats are determined on a lump sum basis depending upon design factors such as preliminary discussions with key staff and board members, development of workshop or retreat agendas, development of course materials, facilitation, and summary or action plans.
