Registration Must Be Made in Advance by Mail or Fax.
Seminar space is limited and registration will be determined on a first-come, first-served basis. Seminar fees are based on an organization's annual budget.
Registration by Mail
Mail the registration form, with your check, payable to: Center for Nonprofit Management. If you anticipate a delay in getting your check through organizational channels, please send in the registration form promptly with a copy of the purchase order, check request or a letter from your supervisor authorizing payment. In this way, you can be sure of having space in the seminar of your choice and the Center will know payment has been authorized. We also accept Visa and MasterCard.
Registration by Fax
If faxing the registration form, be sure to include a cover sheet with contact name and phone number. Also, if not paying by Visa or MasterCard, include a copy of the purchase order, check request or a letter from your supervisor authorizing payment. Fax # 213-687-7159
NOTE: Individuals not affiliated with a nonprofit organization (on the Board, staff, or volunteer) must pay for a seminar in advance or space will not be reserved.
