Course Description
Visioning is a technology which enables its user to quiet "busy mind," allowing receptivity to intuitive knowledge. Users of this visioning technique experience breakthrough ideas as a team. This differs from brainstorming results which emerge through imagination or rational thinking alone. By tapping into the intuitive knowledge that already exists within your board, you will be able to experience the tangible benefits of building unity within a team, resolving issues, and/or making wise changes to your business strategy and services. This workshop gives you simple-to-use Visioning tools you can immediately take back to your non-profit. Excellent for Executive Directors who want to assist their board members QUICKLY “get on the same page" during planning sessions.

Instructor's Bio:
Jessica Fish is a Management Executive with a proven record of success spanning over 20 years. She has expertise in the full breadth of corporate organization - from the customer to the Board Room.

She is a master at small to medium Internet Business Solutions including template-based design and migration, ecommerce and search engine optimization. She is a diplomatic change-agent using Information Technologies software to improve productivity, integrating Customer Relationship Management with Enterprise Resource Planning.

Jessica is an expert negotiator with outstanding interpersonal skills who excels at creating productive relationships through networking. She has extensive experience in the management of results-oriented environments for creative teams. She is able to direct and lead others to meet deadlines, budget goals, and produce desired results.
