Course Description
The One Page Business Plan seminar will help you to clarify your leadership plan, engage your team, and effectively communicate your plan to donors, volunteers, grantmakers and the public.  Learn how to articulate your mission, vision, strategies and objectives in a clear, concise way.  Participants will complete group and individual exercises that will lead to the completion of their own One Page Business Plan.  Each participant will also receive a copy of the newly published workbook with accompanying CD and have the option of a free follow up consultation with the presenter.

Instructor's Bio:
Catherine Marshall is a consultant to nonprofits specializing in building organizational capacity and strengthening the social sector through leadership development. Since 1982, Ms. Marshall has served nonprofits first as a volunteer and board member, then as a founder and executive director. For nearly ten years, she served as CEO of CAMEO, an association of nonprofits providing microenterprise development in California. While at CAMEO, Ms. Marshall led several advocacy campaigns and public education efforts that resulted in millions of dollars of program and capacity building funding for microenterprise development.

Ms. Marshall has been recognized for her innovative approach to nonprofit capacity building with the "virtual peer learning cluster" method for practitioner development. Combining her experience as an entrepreneur and a leader in the social sector, Ms Marshall offers individual consulting to executive directors, technical assistance to organizations and group training programs. Catherine Marshall is an advocate, writer and public speaker on the issue of nonprofit capacity building and leadership development. Ms. Marshall holds a B.A. in Psychology and an M.A. in Organizational Psychology.
