Course Description:
Looming Budget cuts, threat of recession, growing competition for funding are constant challenges for executive directors and board members in the nonprofit sector. This session will be an interactive opportunity for a panel of experienced leaders to share ideas and explore ways to creatively address this challenging window.

Instructor's Bio:
Regina Birdsell has served as a marketing and communications advisor within the corporate, nonprofit and public sectors for over 15 years, helping organizations develop integrated, results-oriented strategic plans. She has provided comprehensive consultation in designing and implementing successful marketing, advertising and public awareness campaigns for dozens of organizations including UNICEF, the Radio & TV News Association, Children Now, the Violence Prevention Program, Women at Work, and Continental Cablevision. She is currently the Executive Director of the Center for Nonprofit Management.
