Course Description
Integrated communication planning is critical to effectively execute an organization's strategic plan, goals, projects and initiatives. And most nonprofits do not have sufficient staff, time or budgets to waste on a bunch of disconnected communications activities. This workshop will help shift the focus from activities to strategic results, using sound principles of strategic positioning and communications planning.

Instructor's Bio:
Nicole Possert delivers results through laser-targeted communications and strategic business planning. She is the founder of The Arroyo Guild and brings twenty years of executive experience in corporate communications, marketing, public relations, strategic planning and fundraising to her clients, which include North East Trees and the National Audubon Society. Nicole draws on her experience in the corporate sector, from entrepreneurial start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, as well as her service on the boards of a variety of nonprofit organizations, when designing her targeted communication strategies. She is a published writer and speaker and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Central Michigan University.
