Course Description:
This course is ideal for employees who want to improve their ability in customer service and effectively communicate in a work environment. The class will identify the challenges that customer service managers, supervisors and representatives face. It will train the participants in how to provide excellent customer service that will exceed customer expectations. The course teaches relevant techniques for all levels.
Instructor's Bio:
Meena Datta is a season operations executive with over 15 years of experience in managing call centers, training, communications and customer service in the hospitality, technology, media and healthcare industries. She has an undergraduate degree in English from the University of Delhi, India and a Masters degree in Administrative Science from the University of Alabama. Meena also has her Advanced Professional Certification in Instructional Design from Cal State Northridge.
Here experience includes companies like the Williams Hospitality Management Company in Puerto Rico, the Oberoi hotels and the Taj Group of hotels in India, the Omni Los Angeles hotel, Choice Hotels International, CIGNA, the Ventura County Star (a Scripps newspaper) based in Ventura, California and Aviana Global Technologies, Inc., in Brea, CA.
