Course Description:
Attention: This seminar is not intended for those who have participated in the Basics of Grantseeking & Grants Databases seminar.

This short seminar will give participants a hands-on experience of the Foundation Center's Grantmaker Database. Each participant will have a computer available to practice and create his/her own grantmaker list. Participants will also learn of other helpful resources in the Nonprofit Resource Library. Attendees will walk away from this seminar with a list of potential funding organizations. Limited to 12 participants. Note: This seminar contains the same material as the Basics of Grantseeking & Grants Databases.

Instructor's bio:
Carlos Ramirez is the Education and Information Services Program Assistant at the Center for Nonprofit Management. He received his BA from Williams College where he studied comparative literature. While in school he interned in Congress and the Getty Foundation.
