Course Description:

n this highly interactive session, participants will learn how to develop a program logic model.

Because of its user-friendly template, the logic model has helped many organizations articulate and draw connections between their program's resources, services and desired outcomes. While incredibly helpful for planning purposes, the completed model serves as a snapshot of a program's various components-making it equally invaluable for marketing and evaluation. Come see for yourself what all the buzz is about.

Instructor's bio:
Laurel Molloy is Founder and CEO of Innovations Quantified (IQ), a consulting firm that has been helping organizations increase their impact since 1999. Through program planning, implementation, and outcome measurement services, IQ has served an international client list that includes the Actors Fund of America, Atlanta Women’s Foundation, Boys & Girls Clubs, FDNY Counseling Unit, and the International Labor Organization. Laurel holds an MPA from New York University , and has published an instructional guidebook on outcome measurement. laurel@innovationsquantified.com
