Course Description:

In this hands-on workshop you will learn to identify conversational obstacles, determine the right person for the right gift at the right time, how to cultivate donors and handle rejection, and tools for overcoming your obstacles. If you want to develop or refine the skills needed to solicit major gifts then you won't want to miss this popular seminar.
