Course Description
When you work on grant proposals, do you sometimes say to yourself, “we
don’t have a new innovative program to pitch; we need help for all the
great work that we are already doing!!” This
workshop will provide strategies to attain general operating
support by rethinking how we itemize our budget, reviewing our overall
development strategies, and innovative grant seeking methods. The workshop is filled with “how to” solutions. Using
lecture, discussion and small group activities, participants will learn
the following: how to market your on-going programs in fresh new ways,
how to prepare your proposals to enhance funding, and how to track
trends in funding priority.
