Course Description
Becoming increasingly common is the "hybrid" organization.  A hybrid organization is an organization that has a charitable arm and a for profit arm.  Although these are legally two (2) distinct entities, the two entities generally share a common vision and/or management or some overlapping theme.  This is a seminar to understand the legalities in forming and maintaining these unique organizations.

Instructor's Bio:
Kent E. Seton, Esq. is a Los Angeles based attorney who co-founded the Center for Non Profit Creation, as a separate entity, exclusive from his law firm, to dedicate its efforts to forming and assisting non profits nationwide. He received his B.S. degree from the University of Southern California and his J.D. degree from the Loyola Law School. Mr. Seton has created one of the largest companies nationwide in CNPC which specializes in the formation and maintenance of tax exempt organizations. In addition, to his many job responsibilities; Mr. Seton has spoken at numerous conferences across the country in this area.
