1. Contact us. Together we will discuss and analyze your situation to determine if we can be of assistance, as we help you define your requirements or objectives and explain our approach.
2. Following our initial conversation, we will prepare and provide you with a written proposal outlining our understanding of and recommended approach for the project objectives, project phases, activities, schedules and deliverables as relevant, proposed budget, fees and payment schedule.  We will also identify the members of the consultant team we are recommending for the project.
3. Based on your feedback and any additional discussions we will prepare a revised proposal and contract for services and a mutually acceptable start date to begin our collaboration.
