Course Description
Prevent burnout, and increase your energy and focus!  Stress has a powerful impact on our effectiveness and productivity, especially at a time when we’re all pushed to do more with less money, staff, and time.  In this session, participants will learn how to create healthier, more productive work environments, and learn to identify their automatic responses to stress, apply specific strategies to regulate emotions, and use proven techniques to support clear decision-making.  By practicing these easy to use techniques, participants will be able to take better care of themselves while leading and interacting more successfully in the workplace.

This session meets the qualifications for 4 hours of continuing education credits for MFTs and LCSWs as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
