How well do you manage personal patterns of behavior that exclude or offend others? Do you know how to create inclusive patterns of behavior which contribute to a non-threatening work environment? In this seminar we will discuss: * The difference between affirmative action, diversity training and harassment * How to create, improve and maintain positive and productive relationships with the people in your day-to-day circles while staying within your company's existing policies and procedures * A few dos and don'ts of creating a respectful workplace that you can put to good use Participants are invited to bring a list of past, present and anticipated real life experiences they would like to discuss.
