You will learn about a non-judgmental language for exploring behavioral issues such as conflict, uncooperativeness and lack of teamwork. This dynamic resource provides information which creates and maintains highly productive working relationships, improves performance and supports professional development. Objectives of the program: * To better understand behavioral differences between people * To become aware of behavioral strengths as they relate to others * To promote and appreciate style differences of other people * To learn how to communicate better with people whose strengths are different from your own * To understand your behavioral tendencies and how they impact others Limited to 14 participants.
Instructor's Bio Joyce Murdock has worked as a human resources specialist within Fortune 500 companies as well as mid-sized organizations. Most recently, she held the position of Vice President, Human Resources for Vans Shoe Company. Joyce is a member of the American Society of Training and Development, Society of Human Resources Management, Los Angeles Compensation and Benefits Association, Professional Coaches and Mentors Association and The Professionals in Human Resources Association.
