NOTE: This series has been cancelled. Course Description Tired of squeaking by on bare bones funding year after year? Learn to apply a streamlined process for planning and raising the money you need to sustain your organization and meet your mission. Students will leave this four-session series with a realistic strategic fundraising roadmap for their organization, rooted in multiyear budget projections, organizational priorities, and a fund development plan with goals and benchmarks. One-on-one consultations with the instructor are available between sessions and after the series to review each student's plan. This series is for senior leaders serious about sustainability and building their organization's capacity. Instructor's Bio Belinda Madrid Teitel, Vice President of Draper Consulting Group, brings skills from 26 years in the nonprofit, business and governmental sector. She offers expertise in community relations, fundraising and grantsmanship, training and organizational development, marketing and strategic planning. Prior to joining Draper Consulting Group in 1998, Belinda served as Southern California Director for Earth Share of California, a nonprofit federation of 90 local, state and national environmental organizations.
