Course Description
Good leaders motivate, inspire and empower those they work for and with to achieve their own personal best. Leaders also set high standards and hold those who report to them accountable for achieving the goals. How does a leader hold her/his employees accountable? A common misconception is that a leader cannot do this without "getting sued." Join this high-impact, seminar from a former practicing labor lawyer on how to balance the fine line of motivation and discipline.
