NOTE: This seminar has been cancelled. Course Description Websites are a lot like shoes. You love that new pair when you get them. But after a year or two, they start to look a little worn around the edges. And they're not really too trendy anymore. Just like shoes, we all love a shiny new website, but it's even better when you redesign a site that will last for a few years or more. In this session, we'll focus on what you need to do before, during and after your redesign to make it last. We'll look at: * How to know when you really need a redesign, or just a little touch up * Researching and planning your redesign * Managing a redesign implementation * Assessing a Vendor
