Course Description
This series will help you design an integrated development program for arts organizations of every size.  Whether you work for a large institution or are running a one-person shop, this course will provide you with new tools for effective fundraising. We will concentrate on fundraising activities that build on your organization’s unique assets and provide the best return on investment--the investment of your time and your organization’s resources.

Part 1: Oct 22, Board involvement in fundraising & integrated development planning

Part 2: Oct 29, Individual giving, with an emphasis on major gifts

Part 3: Nov 5, Institutional giving--corporate, foundation and government grants

Part 4: Nov 12, Sponsorship and special events

Instructor's Bio
Eileen Gill joined Arts Consulting Group in 2005 specializing in fundraising, marketing and strategic planning.  Throughout her twenty year career as a senior development executive and as a consultant, she has helped institutions grow through her focused, bottom-line approach to increasing contributed and earned income and through integrated organizational planning. Her expertise encompasses capital campaigns,  major gift fundraising, corporate sponsorship, foundation and government grants, annual funds, membership, and special events.  Eileen’s work has included organizations of all sizes, from mid-sized performing arts organizations such as Chicago Opera Theatre, the University of Chicago, the J. Paul Getty Trust, and the Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles.
