Instructor's Bio Eileen Gill joined Arts Consulting Group in 2005 specializing in fundraising, marketing and strategic planning. Throughout her twenty year career as a senior development executive and as a consultant, she has helped institutions grow through her focused, bottom-line approach to increasing contributed and earned income and through integrated organizational planning. Her expertise encompasses capital campaigns, major gift fundraising, corporate sponsorship, foundation and government grants, annual funds, membership, and special events. Eileen’s work has included organizations of all sizes, from mid-sized performing arts organizations such as Chicago Opera Theatre, the University of Chicago, the J.
