Course Description Join us for a free introduction to Communities of Practice (COP), an opportunity for nonprofit executive-level managers to meet in a learning organization forum to confidentially share information on topics of mutual interest and to support the increasing demands being placed on them. The COP is a learning organization built on the presumption that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. This translates into greater learning, better relationships and more information exchange when we all come together on a regular basis. Instructor's Bio Liza N. Eversole, MA, EdS is a consultant, coach, and trainer with over thirty years of experience providing leadership, team, employee and development in various for-profit and nonprofit organizations. Liza has an independent consulting and coaching company that specializes in helping leaders maximize their investment in employees to positively impact morale, quality of work, productivity and profitability. She provides retreats, workshops, and consulting services to evaluate organizations and create plans for managing change, teambuilding, performance management and capacity building. She holds two Masters Degrees from University of Florida and Alliant International University.
