Course Description
In this practical, interactive seminar for managers and executive directors we will discuss:
• The benefits derived from tapping into individual and organizational strengths
• The importance of celebrating successes
• The costs of ineffective change management  

Participants will work with the instructor to develop specific courses of action for the most common forms of change experienced within nonprofits so that each person will leave with a content-rich reference guide.

Instructor's Bio
Wendy Phelps is the owner of More is Available Coaching & Consulting where she partners with individuals and organizations to increase understanding, action and results in the areas of: Change Management, Communication, Courtesy & Connectedness, Teamwork and Work/Life Balance.  Wendy also serves as a part time lecturer at California State University, Northridge teaching classes in Leadership, Marketing and Entrepreneurialism.
