Course Description
Working with the baby boomer generation as volunteers is going to change volunteer management. What will be their interests, pursuits and accomplishments? How will they affect the field and our present volunteer programs? This seminar will address these questions and present what may change in methods of recruitment, assignments, supervision and evaluation.

Both experienced and beginning volunteer directors will benefit from attending this seminar and considering the future of their volunteer programs.
