Instructor's Bio
Michelle MacGaffey serves as Senior Director of Human Capital & Administration for the Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD). She is responsible for setting the strategic direction for human resources and providing overall leadership to the organization including the strategic and tactical tools necessary to accelerate staff performance and the expansion of organizational capacity. Before joining GLAAD, Michelle was the Director of Human Resources for the Peninsula Humane Society & SPCA in Northern California.
