Course Description
This hands-on seminar helps participants to learn how to overcome job barriers to communicate effectively with their boss, customers and key stakeholders.  Participants will:
• Learn how to decrease job stress by learning techniques that can help them know when and how to say no
• Discover how to increase their influence and increase their effectiveness in a multitask environment
• Discuss best practices in an administrative support role
• Review core administrative support functions and priorities

Instructor's Bio
Joan Klubnik has extensive experience in working with nonprofit organizations, information technology, financial services, health care and educational systems. Her firm, Two K Consulting, specializes in partnering with clients to improve their human asset management, organizational effectiveness and training initiatives from design through implementation and evaluation.
