This seminar presents a roadmap for launching successful teams. Successful teams require the organization to have clarity on the team's deliverables, the role of the sponsor, a process for staffing teams and guidelines to help teams without stifling them.
Instructor's Bio Pauline Arneberg, Principal, A&A Associates, has delivered training/consulting services to the nonprofit world for the past thirty years. Her clients have included the American Red Cross, California Sports Federation, United Nations Development Fund and over 200 government agencies here and in Asia. She spent 17 years with the USC School of Policy Planning and Development and currently teaches with the CSUN Masters in Public Administration Program.
