Course Description
If you enjoy writing grant proposals, you have probably wondered:  "Could I quit my job, do this full time and make a living?"  The answer is:  "Maybe."  This seminar will cover the elements of developing a successful home-based business as a freelance grantwriter.  You will evaluate yourself based on a list of "criteria for success" to determine if you are ready to begin.  You will learn about marketing, interviewing, developing a contract or letter of agreement, pricing, billing, scheduling and managing multiple projects.  If you really like the process of grantwriting, working as a freelance grantwriter is a wonderful way to contribute to the development and success of many nonprofit agencies.

Note: Attendance is limited to those with a minimum of three years of experience as a working grantwriter.
