NOTE: This seminar has been cancelled. We apologize for the inconvenience. Course Description This program will address the issues that confront charities as a result of the use of volunteers. Discussion will surround potential liabilities of the charities, including vicarious liability as well as some practical guidance in maintaining risk practices or best practice policies and procedures for volunteers.
Instructor's Bio Kent Seton, Esq. is a Los Angeles-based attorney who co-founded the Center for Non Profit Creation, as a separate entity, exclusive from his law firm, to dedicate its efforts to forming and assisting nonprofits nationwide. Kent has created one of the largest companies nationwide in CNPC which specializes in the formation and maintenance of tax exempt organizations. In addition, Kent has spoken at numerous conferences across the country in this area.
