Course Description
An organization typically embarks upon a capital campaign after a thoughtful and thorough planning process intending to strengthen or grow their organization’s capacity. But what does an organization do when the careful planning for a campaign collides with a tumultuous and challenging economy? Do they hunker down and stay the course? Or chart a new route? We will talk about how to address these questions and reengineer the capital campaign for these unprecedented times. Whether your organization is immersed in, struggling to ?nish, or contemplating a campaign; we will explore the options and discuss strategies for success.
