Course Description
This interactive session focuses on how managers can be more effective during difficult conversations by using the skill of Powerful Questions. Management challenges come in many forms; resolving conflicts between colleagues, encouraging proactive behaviors, helping staff complete agreed upon action, providing constructive factual feedback on low performance issues, etc. With awareness, skill and practice, powerful, respectful questions promote a healthy dialogue around issues and create a more synergetic workplace.

Through exercises, discussion, and role plays, class participants experience and identify the key elements in creating and asking the precise questions that facilitate the most supportive and effective conversations as well as creating breakthroughs in the current situation.
