If so, this interactive workshop can help you. Learn a variety of practical tips that can advance partnering strategy, processes and behavior. The more you strengthen your agency and your partners, the more likely you will build a competitive edge for all parties.
Learn techniques that can help you build value-added partnerships in today’s new normal environment. You will have an opportunity to evaluate ideas through group interaction and decide which make sense for your agency. Examples of key concepts that will be covered include: - Think like a business by positioning yourself as an effective manager of the agency’s operation and its finances;
- If partnering is important to your agency, prove it by making it part of the strategic plan; make sure that everyone has at least one work objective that ties in;
- Consider the pre-formation time as a time to be suspicious. Ask tough questions of the potential partner.
Do you currently practice any of these? Could your agency grow stronger and more competitive by applying these or other new partnering approaches? If your answer is “yes,” this session will provide you with concrete action ideas to take back to your enterprise; ones you can begin to immediately apply.
