To meet today’s challenge participants will be exposed to “new thinking” triggers that enable the entire organization to generate innovative approaches to reach the organization’s goals.

Additionally, participants will learn to use simple but effective strategy development processes that can guide day-to-day activity. Marketing and communication will be discussed along with governance and execution.

1) Understanding the new economic reset/social realities
2) In response, developing measurement that successfully serves your mission and meets funder requirements
3) Establishing strategy to drive better execution and ultimately your organization’s impact and reach - simultaneously
4) Finally building the thinking to establish innovative approaches to achieve it all
