Tips for managing and printing large worksheets or printing will be discussed. • Basic Calculations with Formulas • Copying Formulas using AutoFill • Copying Formulas using a manual copy & paste command • Using Percents • Rounding Numbers • Using Absolute Cell References • Error Codes • Using Functions to calculate larger ranges • Highlighting multiple ranges • Chart practice – creating a line chart • Applying text wrapping • Changing the angle of text • Inserting and Deleting Columns and rows • Using formulas to derive new spreadsheet data from given information • Applying cell formatting • Using Freeze Panes to manage large worksheets • Analyzing Worksheet Data using the “If” function and Goal Seeking • Printing large worksheets • Renaming/Copying Worksheets Instructor's Bio Ms. Cara Eichorn is a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles and holds a BA in Economics. Ms. Eichorn specializes in coaching, mentoring and training teams and individuals to be successful. She is an instructor in both non-profit and the private sectors for the last 10 years working with all four generations that are in the workforce. Additionally, she is well versed in adult learning theory having tutored at the City of Burbank Literacy program for the last 13 years, where she specializes in tutoring mathematics. Ms. Eichorn also teaches Microsoft Office Suite classes and Social Media workshops for a non-profit in Pasadena (Women at Work), various local churches, job search organizations and volunteer groups. |
