Interested in becoming a better leader and/or a Professional Coach?

CNM is proud to announce the next Professional Coaching Training program for the nonprofit sector!  Successful completion of this series qualifies participants to apply for certification through the International Coaching Federation. These courses also count toward Continuing Education requirements to maintain your professional coaching certification. Either way, this is an opportunity to take your career as a credentialed coach to the next level. Early bird discount extended to 2/15!

Class Dates:

Each day-long session will take place at 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
The training involves a total of 60 hours of classroom learning and practice.  

Course textbook and workbook included.

The program will be led by Master Coach, Dr. Damian Goldvarg.

Damian Goldvarg, Ph.D., is an Organizational Development Consultant with fifteen years of experience in developing, implementing and evaluating skill building programs. He has expertise on issues of cultural competence, leadership training, strategic planning and in developing minority executives. He has experience working in non-profit, business and government sectors.  Dr. Goldvarg received his Masters in Counseling from California State University Northridge and his Master and Doctorate in Organizational Psychology from Alliant University. He is president elect of the International Coaching Federation, the leading accreditation agency of coaches around the world.  

Eligibility:
A minimum of 5 years as a senior-level manager in the nonprofit sector and/or as a consultant to nonprofitsis required.

It is recommended that participants attend all sessions

Early-Bird Fee: $2,000, if you register by Feb 15th. Regular Fee: $2,700.
Most other coaching training programs cost at least three times as much as the Center’s program for the same high-quality training.

Two Payment Options: Pay-in-full, or use the Payment Plan Payment Plan:
1st Payment: $1,000 Down Payment during Registration
2nd Payment: $750 Due May 15
3rd Payment: Balance Due July 15

Certificates will be withheld until full payment has been made.
