Course Description
Learn about the potential liabilities and ways to protect against them, in running your organization. This will be an open dialogue concerning various matters of liability, including board liability, intellectual property protection and other liabilities commonly encountered by charities.

Instructor's Bio
Kent E. Seton, Esq. is a Los Angeles based attorney who co-founded the Center for Non Profit Creation, as a separate entity, exclusive from his law firm, to dedicate its efforts to forming and assisting non profits nationwide. He received his B.S. degree from the University of Southern California and his J.D. degree from the Loyola Law School. Mr. Seton has created one of the largest companies nationwide in CNPC which specializes in the formation and maintenance of tax exempt organizations. In addition, to his many job responsibilities; Mr. Seton has spoken at numerous conferences across the country in this area.
