Course Description
For the first time in history, today's workplace has four distinct generations working side by side, each with dramatically different communication styles, professional expectations and training needs.  This rich diversity of staff offers exciting and dynamic possibilities, but the opportunity for misunderstanding, confusion and lost productivity is also high.  This seminar will help participants to understand the different needs and expectations of each generation.  We will look at ways to narrow communication gaps, increase generational appreciation and create more cohesive, functioning teams.
