Course Description
Does your staff know what is expected of them?  Strategic Performance Management is a systematic approach to achieving mission-driven results by clarifying, communicating, supporting, reinforcing and evaluating the expectations associated with people doing the right work, in the right way, at the right time. Participants will learn how to develop and implement a performance management approach that aligns your "big picture" organizational mission and goals with program and functional role performance outcomes.
