Course Description
This fast paced, tool filled seminar will help participants learn the art of self management so as to reduce stress both in organizational and personal life.  Learn
* to recognize the signs of stress early and how to deal with uncomfortable emotions
* how to see the lesson the stressor is presenting
* to communicate so that others can help reduce stress.

New tools will be presented as well as the tried and true ones-nutrition, exercise, social support, and the role of thinking in stress busting.

Instructor's Bio
Pauline Arneberg, Principal, A&A Associates, has delivered training/consulting services to the not for profit world for the past thirty years.  Her not for profit clients include the American Red Cross, California Sports Federation, World Bank, United Nations Development Fund, the Academy for Educational Development and over 200 government agencies here and in Asia.  She has had extensive international experience.  She spent 17 years with the USC, School of Policy Planning and Development and currently teaches with the CSUN, Masters in Public Administration Program.
