Shipping Policies

All products shipped are mailed through UPS Ground, USPS Mail or other service available to us. Products are not charged until shipped. There is no separate shipping cost.

Special shipping requests may be accommodated and may incur a separate shipping charge. For further information, please leave a special note when ordering the product or contact us before ordering the product.

Registration Policies

Registration Must Be Made in Advance
Seminar space is limited and registration will be determined on a first-come, first-served basis. Seminar fees are based on an organizational annual budget. Questions? Please give us a call at 213-687-9511.

  • Online
    Browse our website until you reach the seminar that interests you. Select the registration link and follow the directions. Registration may only be completed online with credit card info.
  • By Fax
    Fax the registration form, with a cover sheet and credit card info, check or check* request to:

  • By Mail
    Mail the registration form with credit card inform or check* to:

  • NOTE: Individuals not affiliated with a nonprofit organization (on the Board, staff, or volunteer) must pay for a seminar in advance or space will not be reserved.
    *If you anticipate a delay in getting your check through organizational channels, please send in the registration form promptly with a copy of the check request, a purchase order or a letter from your supervisor authorizing payment. In this way, you can be sure of having space in the seminar of your choice and the Center will know payment has been authorized.

Cancellation/Refund/Late Arrival Policies
You must notify the Center of cancellations at least 5 working days before a scheduled seminar in order to be eligible for a credit. No cash refunds or credits will be given for late cancellations or no-shows for any seminar. If you cannot attend, you may send an alternate from your organization at no charge. There is a $10 handling charge for all cancellations or rescheduling. Please plan accordingly. We reserve the right to cancel a seminar due to low enrollment. For any seminars we cancel, we will notify all registrants in advance and may provide a full refund upon request. Questions? Please give us a call at 213-687-9511.

Handicap Accessible
Individuals with disabilities will find Center facilitates accessible. If you are accompanied by a personal attendant, there will be no tuition charge for the attendant.
