Training is an integral part of any efficiently run nonprofit organization. It builds the skills and morale of employees and strengthens organizations so that they can continue to provide essential services to our communities. 

CNM Online University has been launched!

In an effort to provide on-demand learning opportunities and to better accommodate the different learning styles of nonprofit professionals, CNM now offers an array of online learning resources. Take training courses at your own pace, join in on a live webinar, peruse the online resource library, or reference the 2-Minute Nonprofit Answer Guide all at your fingertips. CNM Online University is your online connection to expanding and sharpening your nonprofit management skills. Below are highlights of two new online learning opportunities:

Customized Learning

The Center can develop a variety of customized learning plans for your staff, board, grantees or member agencies. We can create half-day, full-day or multi-day trainings with customized curricula, interactive exercises, case studies, role-play and discussion topics to meet the unique needs of the training audience.

Instructor Bios

All Center seminars and Customized On-Site trainings are facilitated by experts in their fields. Each of the facilitators listed below has a minimum of 15 years of experience working and/or training in the nonprofit sector. Instructors are listed in alphabetical order, by last name.

Leadership Initiatives

Our Leadership Initiatives are special events throughout the year for senior executives from the thousands of nonprofit organizations throughout Southern CA's five counties. The sessions provide executives, senior staff and board members with the opportunity to reflect and think about deeper issues around their organization's mission.
