SCI - Executive Roundtables Leaders from the organizations that are part of the overall Initiative will be encouraged to attend monthly Executive Roundtables in each of the identified geographic areas. Topics will be determined by the nonprofit leaders and each group will select two Roundtable Co-chairs from among their ranks. The goal is to create on-going peer support systems in each of the three areas that will continue beyond the Initiative period. We will promote cross-pollination between the cohorts and encourage members to attend any of the three Roundtables according to whatever topic is of greatest interest at that moment. |
